Application materials

• Application form (download here)
• Application fee HK$200 (US$25)
• Photocopy of your traveling documents (e.g. HKID card, passport, visa…, etc.)
• Two photos of student (Write down the name of the student behind the photo)
• Program payment ( program payments are due to the Mandarinet in full no later than two weeks before the first day of class.

Methods of payment :

• By cash – applicants not applying online may submit the application to our office and pay by cash.
  Please don't send cash by mail.
• By bank check - in the form of a check or money order made out to "Mandarinet Limited".
  Checks must be in either Hong Kong currency or U.S. currency
• By direct bank transfer –
  For Hong Kong Dollar payment

In addition to the program payment, students are responsible for the following costs:

•  Travel to and from Beijing and local transportation
•  Visa charges (if applicable)
•  Optional excursions
•  Travel insurance

Tsinghua Summer Mandarin Program - 8 weeks (HK$31,800)

 

After you send us either the application fee or tuition fee, please inform us by email or phone as soon as you can. Thanks!

• Before application, please call us at +852 82119875 or email us to info@mandarinet.com in order to check the availability of the programs.
• The application deadline is two weeks before the first day of class.
• For overseas applicants, the application deadline is one month before the first day of class. Overseas applicants are strongly encouraged to apply online. Online applications can be processed more efficiently.
• Applications are not considered complete until all required materials (including application fee and full payment) have been received.
  
  Only complete applications are reviewed. Mandarinet will drop any student from the course who does not comply with this deadline.

• All program payments are not refundable except under special conditions that Mandarinet agrees
• Application and program payments cannot be transferred to other applicants. Each time you request a change of program, date, or type of accommodation after your application, Mandarinet will charge you a re-booking fee HK$250 or US$30 which is payable immediately
• Mandarinet will send a receipt to the applicant after the transaction completed
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Mandarinet reserves the right to cancel any program if enrollment is insufficient; in the event of cancellation, all program payments will be fully refunded.
• Mandarinet will not be liable in any way to the applicant and student in the event of any service, contracted to be supplied by Mandarinet, becoming impossible to supply by reason of industrial dispute, or other course outside the control of Mandarinet. Mandarinet will not be liable for loss, damage or injury to persons or property howsoever caused.
• Mandarinet reserves the right to change all the terms and conditions of the service and has the right to make the final decision of arrangements
